La Comisión Conjunta es una organización independiente, sin fines de lucro, dedicada a mejorar los niveles de seguridad y calidad en las instituciones dedicadas al servicio para el cuidado de la salud.
El Hospital Damas, así como su Programa de Cuidado de Salud en el Hogar (“Home Care”) están acreditados por la Comisión Conjunta, demostrando así nuestro continuo compromiso de proveer un cuidado seguro y de alta calidad a nuestra comunidad.
Cualquier persona que tenga alguna preocupación o queja sobre la seguridad y la calidad de los servicios que ofrecemos en esta Institución y en el Programa de Home Care , y que entienda que no hayamos atendido adecuadamente, queda exhortada a visitar primeramente la oficina de Servicio al Paciente o a la Directora de Home Care, respectivamente. Si su preocupación o queja no puede ser resuelta a través de nuestra Institución, le exhortamos a contactar a la Comisión Conjunta, a través de cualquiera de los siguientes medios: Por correo a:

The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to evaluate the safety and quality of care delivered in health care institutions.
Hospital Damas and its Home Care Program are accredited by The Joint Commission, which demonstrates our continuous commitment to providing the highest level of quality care and safety to our community.
We encourage anyone who has concerns or complaints about safety and patient care services provided by this Institution or the Home Care Program, that have not been addressed adequately, to bring those concerns or complaints first to the attention of the Patient Services Office and the Director of Home Care, respectively. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the Institution, the individual is hereby encouraged to contact The Joint Commission through any of the following:
